Kwoji is an employee engagement platform founded in July 2026 by Mathis Etcheberry. It brings together fifteen short multiplayer games played between coworkers during a break, a Daily Challenge (one mini-game a day, the same for the whole team), and an anonymous read on team morale through a weekly Pulse and quarterly eNPS. Nothing to install: coworkers join through a link. Free for up to ten members, then $4 per member per month. kwoji.com

Mathis Etcheberry is the founder of Kwoji. He has been running team-building games for three years. The turning point was a game that brought together more than a hundred people who had never met and were playing together within minutes. The question that followed was simple: why does this only happen once a year?
As a Lead Product Manager, he spent eight years in Fintech and B2B SaaS designing products and making roadmap trade-offs. He graduated from emlyon business school in finance and strategy and holds a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from HarvardX, so he can speak fluently with both customers and engineers.
He builds Kwoji alongside his job, using Lean methods, short cycles and AI to move from an idea to a testable product in days rather than months. Fifteen games are live in production, together with the Daily Challenge, an engagement dashboard, Kwoji Pulse, and game scheduling in Google Calendar with Google Meet links. The company is bootstrapped and is not raising funds: it is looking for ten pilot teams.

Quotes for attribution
Three ready-to-use quotes, on three different angles.
The team-building market sells one memory a year. The rest of the year, nothing happens. That is the exact opposite of what research on team bonding says.
A classic engagement survey asks people how they are doing, and the response rate collapses wave after wave. Kwoji asks the question where employees already come of their own accord, to play.
A morale score without the map of relationships around it does not tell you what to fix. Two teams can show the same bad score and need two opposite things.

The anonymity question
Kwoji Pulse measures team climate without ever exposing an individual answer. How it works is described in full on a public page, written to be read by an employee representative.
