Act

The teams that need help first, and what to do

Ask the AI your questions: it takes you to the weak signals and the alerts that matter, each explained in one sentence with the action to take.

The AI reads every week for you.

Ask it your questions in plain language: it takes you to the weak signals and the alerts that matter. Every week, it sums up what your teams are saying and explains each alert, with the action to take.

Which teams should I look at first?

Support: the team's mood has been dropping for three weeks, and they play almost only among themselves. Sales is one to watch. New joiners haven't shared a single moment with their team yet.

Overall mood holds steady at 3.7. Support is slipping for the third week. Comments mostly mention workload, recognition and tools, without being attributable to any team.

Support · mood droppingTo act on

Support's mood went from 3.4 to 2.7 in a month, and the team now plays almost only among itself. Ops, who work with them every day, are doing well (3.6).

Kwoji Pulse

No one sees who answered what.

Not you, not the managers. You see each team's trend, and a team that is too small stays hidden. A week after the survey closes, each answer is detached from its author: the results stay, and the link between the answer and the account is removed.

Why it works

Team spirit, one game at a time.

Team building your teams will actually enjoy.

One offsite a year doesn't bring a team together. Kwoji keeps team spirit alive through small, regular moments: short games between colleagues, whenever they feel like it.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

Is there anything to install?

No, nothing to install or deploy on the company side. Sign-in is via a Google account or an email link.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The full 30-day trial starts in one click, with no card and no commitment. When it ends, the organization falls back to the free plan and keeps everything.

Can we export Kwoji Pulse results?

Yes, as a ready-to-present PDF report, and as CSV or Excel. The export contains only aggregates, never an individual answer.

Does Kwoji integrate with Slack or Teams?

Yes: Kwoji's Slack app in one click, or a webhook for Teams. Game announcements on the free plan, Pulse reminders and Daily Challenge messages on a paid plan.

Is my data protected (GDPR)?

Kwoji is operated by a French company. The database is hosted in the European Union; a few providers operate outside the EU, under the data processing agreement (DPA).

How is Kwoji different from a team-building offsite?

An offsite brings the team together at a given moment. Kwoji offers regular moments at the team’s pace and tracks changes in climate and interactions, without attributing those changes to games alone.
