On a paid plan, a game can be scheduled in Google Calendar with a Meet link, once or every week. Kwoji suggests slots when the participants are free, and Kwoji Live adds voice and video while you play.

The questions we get asked.
Do we need a video call to play?
No. The games work without a call. A video call or Kwoji Live often makes the game funnier, but nothing requires it.
Does Kwoji work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes: games can be announced in a Teams channel through a webhook. The games themselves are played in the browser.
What if the team spans several time zones?
The organization sets its time zone, which paces the daily challenge and Kwoji Pulse. Kwoji Secret and the daily challenge can be played without being online at the same time.
