What is Kwoji?
Kwoji is a multiplayer games platform for coworkers: short daily games that strengthen team cohesion, with nothing to install and ready in 2 minutes.
Is Kwoji free?
Yes, Kwoji is free for up to 10 members, forever: seven of the fifteen games, with five matches per game each month for the whole organization. Standard unlocks the full catalog with no match cap, Clubs, the engagement dashboard, the Daily Challenge, Kwoji Pulse, Google Calendar and Meet scheduling, and Slack or Teams notifications. Prices adapt to your currency and team size in the calculator above.
How many players can join?
From a few coworkers to the whole organization. Depending on the game, a match ranges from a one-on-one duel to the entire team at once: some, like Kwoji Hunt or Kwoji Secret, have no cap, while others are played with 8, 12 or 20. As for the organization itself, the free plan stops at 10 members and Standard goes up to 200; beyond that, only Unlimited has no member limit.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The full 30-day trial is switched on in one click from the admin area, with no payment details at all: no card, no commitment. When it ends, the organization simply falls back to the free plan.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
The organization goes back to the free plan: up to 10 members, seven of the fifteen games and five matches per month per game. Nothing is lost — profiles, badges and match history all stay. The one catch: past 10 active members, games remain playable but scores stop being recorded, until the headcount comes back down or a subscription is taken out.
Can Kwoji measure how teams are feeling?
Yes, with Kwoji Pulse: one multiple-choice question a week, asked right where teams already play, plus an eNPS question every quarter. Organizers only ever see an anonymous trend: no individual answer can be viewed, nothing shows below 5 answers, and answers are deleted after six months. Answering stays optional and earns no points. Pulse is included from the Standard plan up, trial included.
Is my data protected (GDPR)?
Kwoji is operated by a French company and hosts data within the European Union, in line with the GDPR. Details are in the privacy policy.
