Mood every week, one more question when you want
Open from Monday until Friday at 6 pm, with a rating from 1 to 5. When you want to dig into a topic (workload, recognition, tools…), an optional extra question is added, also read only as a group result. Answering remains optional and earns no points: Pulse is not a game.

Organizers read a curve and a breakdown by team, by manager or by seniority. No individual answer can be viewed and nothing shows below 5 answers by default (4 or 3 if the organization chooses). Each week, members see the previous wave's result that the organization chooses to share; and when you take on a signal, Kwoji later shows what moved: observed facts, never a promise of cause and effect.

What is Kwoji?
Kwoji is a multiplayer games platform for colleagues: short games to launch whenever the team feels like it, that strengthen team cohesion, with nothing to install and setup in 2 minutes.
Is Kwoji free?
Yes, Kwoji is free for up to 200 members, forever: Hunt, Ezagutza, Whisper and Verita with unlimited matches, Bravos between colleagues, plus game announcements in Slack or Teams. Standard unlocks the full catalog, Clubs, the idea box, custom surveys, the Galaxy in Insights, the Daily Challenge, Kwoji Pulse results, Kwoji Live, Google Calendar and Meet scheduling, and every other Slack or Teams notification. Prices adapt to your currency and team size in the calculator above.
How many players can join?
From a few colleagues to the whole organization. Depending on the game, a match ranges from a one-on-one duel to the entire team at once: some, like Kwoji Secret, have no cap, Kwoji Hunt goes up to 40, and others are played with 12 or 20. As for the organization itself, both the free plan and Standard hold up to 200 members; beyond that, Enterprise has no member limit.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can activate the full 30-day trial in one click from the admin area, with no payment details at all: no card, no commitment. When it ends, the organization simply falls back to the free plan.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
The organization goes back to the free plan: up to 200 members, Hunt, Ezagutza, Whisper and Verita with unlimited matches. Nothing is lost: profiles, badges and match history all stay. The 200-member cap does not change: it is the same on the free plan and on Standard, and only Enterprise goes beyond it.
Can Kwoji measure how teams are feeling?
Yes, with Kwoji Pulse: one rating question a week (1 to 5), asked right where teams already play, an optional extra question when the organization wants to dig into a topic, plus an eNPS question every quarter, which the organization can turn off. Organizers only ever see an anonymous trend: no individual answer can be viewed, nothing shows below 5 answers by default (the organization can go down to 4 or 3, for the following waves only), even across two breakdowns. A week after the wave closes, an answer is no longer linked to any account. If the organization wishes, a manager reads their own team's average above the threshold, never an answer. After a low score, anyone can be pointed to the contact person the organization has named, or leave an anonymous comment linked to no one. Answering remains optional and earns no points. Activation and voting are open on the free plan, which sees the number of answers; reading the results is included with Standard and Enterprise, including during the trial.
Can we schedule games in advance?
Yes. Kwoji creates the event in Google Calendar with a Meet link and invites your colleagues: a one-off game, or a recurring one every week, every two weeks or every month. To find the right time, Kwoji suggests common slots by reading participants' availability, without ever reading the contents of their calendar. Scheduling is available from the Standard plan.
Can we export Kwoji Pulse results?
Yes. Pulse results download as a ready-to-present PDF report, and the data as CSV or Excel for further analysis. The export contains only already-anonymized aggregates, never an individual answer, and nothing below the organization's anonymity threshold, exactly as on screen.
Does Kwoji integrate with Slack or Teams?
Yes. Connect your team channel in one click with Kwoji's Slack app, or via a webhook for Teams. Game announcements land in the channel from the free plan; Kwoji Pulse reminders and the Daily Challenge messages (morning announcement, midday update, results at closing time) are added on a paid plan.
Is my data protected (GDPR)?
Kwoji is operated by a French company. The database is hosted in the European Union; a few providers operate outside the EU, under the data processing agreement (DPA): sending e-mails, Kwoji Live audio and video, the encrypted nightly backup of the database, stored at GitHub (United States), and the game server, which runs on Cloudflare Durable Objects, placed as close as possible to the players with no guarantee of staying in the EU.
