How a game goes

Before the game, everyone picks a few photos from their camera roll, on their phone or computer; nobody sees them until the game starts. The photos then appear one at a time for the whole table, and everyone points to the colleague they think it belongs to. The owner of the photo doesn't vote: they watch everyone else try to find them. After the last round, you find out who has the sharpest eye, and the photos are deleted.

Which team, and when

Players: 3–20 players. Length: ~10 min.

Everyone adds photos and votes from their own screen, so the game works around a table or remotely; on a video call, just drop the game link into the meeting. It suits a team that doesn't know each other well yet, during a new hire's first week or at the start of an offsite.

Why it works with colleagues

Your colleagues' photos scroll by. Whose is each one?

A photo says more about a colleague than a round of introductions: the dog, the Sunday lunch, the mountain. Everyone chooses what they share, and the photos are deleted when the game ends.

Everyone decides what they share about themselves, and the game leaves you with things to talk about that have nothing to do with work: one person's dog, another's Sunday roast, someone's summer hike.
