How a game goes

Everyone buries a card face down: a diamond or a stick of dynamite. Then you bid: how many cards dare you flip without hitting dynamite? Whoever promised the most has to deliver, starting with their own pile. Success earns carats, failure costs a card. After the last round, the richest player wins.

Which team, and when

Players: 3–12 players. Length: ~15 min.

The game is all about reading people: it plays very well around a table, and on video with cameras on too. Colleagues can watch as spectators before taking a seat in the next game.

It all comes down to reading the others, who is bluffing, who is scared, who dares: you see your colleagues differently than in meetings.

You find out who bluffs with a straight face, who backs off at the last second and who takes every risk: traits a meeting never shows. Games leave you with stories you keep telling afterwards.
