Kwoji Indice, the team word game for colleagues
Twenty words, two teams, no turns. Your chief gives a word and a number, find yours before the others do.
- 4–20 players
- ~10 min

How a game goes
Twenty words show up for both teams at once. In each team, a chief sees whose word is whose and gives, whenever they like, a word and a number. Their teammates put their mark on the words they think are theirs, and a word turns over when half the team agrees on it. A blank word freezes the team for a few seconds, a word of the other team counts for them, and the trap loses the grid.
Which team, and when
Players: 4–20 players. Length: ~10 min.
Both teams play at the same time, each on their own screen: the game works in the office as well as remotely, from four to twenty players. Colleagues can follow the game from the gallery.
Why it works with colleagues
Your chief gives a word and a number: find your team's words before the others.
A word-association game where the team moves forward together: you learn how your colleagues connect words.
Every clue makes you wonder what the other person has in mind, and the team converges by watching each other's marks.
